God's Pursuit of Mankind

God knows the real you!

Long before you were even a thought in the minds of your parents, God knew you! He has a plan specifically designed for you and created you with specific gifts and talents to fulfill the plan He has for you.

We have all walked away from God's plan for our lives at some point (usually as we begin to be able to make our own decisions).

Due to the nature we all have inherited because we are human, we are sinful and bent on the destruction of our own souls and bodies. It is as though the more we yield to our flesh the propellant toward destruction increases. One cannot imagine how a Holy God would be able to find it within Himself to reach toward us in pursuit of our souls, yet, over and again the same happens.

God is merciful, and He is a Redeemer, taking great pleasure in redeeming the souls of humanity. It is not God's will that any person would end up in hell, and it is for this reason, and that His nature is one of mercy that He has reached toward us for our redemption.

His heart toward us is so merciful, so full of Love, and so redemptive; that He pursued us to the place of His own destruction physically. He sacrificed his body, his life and His heavenly Glory for your sake and mine

Without the pursuit of God in our lives we would not know relationship with Him or each other. True relationship is based on the pursuit of each other, not as if we were chasing them to make them subjected to us, but because we love them and are offering them our friendship.
