End The Night of Wrong!

Since earliest times, mankind has been born, lived and then has died fully entrenched in its own humanity. This humanity lies in the the wasteland of wickedness as one by one they meet their end. Mankind is not inherently good for they have taken their own way even turning others away from God who alone is good.

At the beginning it wasn't that way. Mankind decided to listen to another voice, a voice of deception and rebellion. Knowing full well mankind was going against the voice of their Creator, they continued to choose their own way; elevating themselves and their thoughts above God.

Since this time, we have been born into this world of rebellion, and every one of us has inherited stock in it.

When this stock matures, it will bring us to death. Romans 3:10, 23; Romans 6:23

The way of man is doomed. The course has been set, and life goes on preparing its own way of death. Sin lies in wait, crouching at the threshold of the door of our hearts; often waiting undetected while we stumble on.

Is there no Balm in Gilead?

Jeremiah 8:1-22

If we choose to continue to stumble along in our sin, no amount of trying to heal the hurt, no amount of heart manipulation will actually result in removing the curse, the blight of sin that we find ourselves under.

So come now, Let us reason together, there is a remedy for sin. Isaiah 1:18 Jesus says, “I am your answer”! Let me carry your burdens” Matthew 11:28, 29; Isaiah 55:1; John 7:37; John 14:6;

His hand is outstretched still Isaiah 9:17

The invitation is issued, the gift of life has been offered; yet the choice is yours and your destiny is wrapped up in your choice. What will you do with it?

End This Night Of Wrong

The night is far spent, the day is at hand; let us therefore cast off the works of darkness and walk as children of the light.

As the darkness threatens to press in upon us, as the gloom of sin casts its enveloping shadows across our path and our compass is all but visible; we are left with a choice. Are we going to reach for the light, or are we going to reach deeper into the darkness hoping to find a light somewhere there?

Psalm 119:105 says “Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path”.

Isaiah 60, 61

Our Creator is reaching out to us over and over. He continues to offer us mercy and hope. His hand is outstretched still.

Thy light has come and the glory of the Lord has risen upon thee.

Accepting Christ is the single most important decision you could make. If you have, then the life of Christ is being born within you as the Holy Spirit envelopes you. You are now becoming a little Christ and a follower of the “Way”.

As a follower of Christ and His way, you, under the direction and authority of the Holy Spirit will find yourself walking in His steps offering to others the same that He has offered you.

True religion and undefiled is to visit the fatherless, advocate for those without a voice, etc…

This has nothing to do with what we want or get by following Jesus. It's not so people notice us, nor is it about amassing spiritual power and or authority. This is about humbly carrying on the work of Christ.
